At Radhe Exchange, we want betting to stay what it is meant to be: a form of entertainment. This page explains how we support responsible gaming, what tools you can use to stay in control, and where to find help if betting starts to feel like a problem rather than a hobby.
We built this page to give you real, usable information. No sales talk, no pushy language, just the facts you need to bet safely on our platform.
Radhe Exchange follows a responsible gaming policy that aims to reduce the harm linked to problem gambling. Every member of our support team receives training on responsible gaming so they can guide you correctly if you ever reach out with a concern.
We also provide account tools, clear information, and links to independent support organisations, all listed further down this page.
You can set a limit on how much you deposit or lose over a day, a week, or a month. Once you hit that limit, the system stops you from depositing more until the period resets.
To set a limit, go to your Account settings and open the Player Protection section. If you want to lower a limit, it applies right away. If you want to raise a limit, it takes effect after a short waiting period. This delay is intentional. It gives you time to think it over instead of reacting in the heat of the moment.
Long betting sessions can make it easy to lose track of time. You can turn on session reminders from your account settings. Once turned on, the system will notify you after a set amount of time has passed, showing how long you have been active and how much you have staked so far.
Use this feature if you often find yourself betting for longer than you planned.
If you need a break from betting, you can self-exclude your account for a fixed period or on a permanent basis. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets on Radhe Exchange.
To self-exclude, go to Profile, then Player Protection, and select the self-exclusion option. You can also email our Customer Support team directly. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately once submitted.
If you want to lift a self-exclusion after the chosen period ends, contact Customer Support. For your own protection, we may apply a short review period before access is restored.
Problem gambling can build up slowly, so it helps to check in with yourself honestly once in a while. Ask yourself these questions:
If you answered yes to two or more of these, it is worth taking a step back and using the tools on this page, or speaking with one of the organisations listed below.
Radhe Exchange does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to register an account or place bets. We carry out age and identity checks as part of our KYC (know your customer) verification process before an account is activated.
If you share a computer, tablet, or phone with a minor, we recommend installing parental control software such as Net Nanny or CyberPatrol to block access to betting websites.
Your username and password are yours alone. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members. Radhe Exchange is not responsible for activity carried out on your account if your login details were shared or exposed through your own action.
Check your Transactions history regularly under History, then Transactions. If you notice a deposit, withdrawal, or bet that you did not make, contact Customer Support immediately and change your password.
If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please reach out to one of these organisations. Speaking to them is confidential and does not put your Radhe Exchange account at risk.
You do not have to handle this alone. If you are unsure where to start, our Customer Support team can also point you toward these resources.
For any responsible gaming question, including setting limits, self-exclusion, or reporting suspicious activity on your account, contact Radhe Exchange Customer Support through the Help section of your account, or get in touch here.
